PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The construction of the new North stand at Barnet Football Club.
Works ECS Group undertook involved:

Laying foul and storm drainage including a 50m long x 2.5m wide attenuation tank.

Construction of a reinforced concrete slab 226m3 for North stand, with power float finish.

Construction of reinforced concrete slab for ticket office 14m x 2m.

Dig out and construction of 104m long x 6m access road.

Laying 104m hb2 kerbs.

Laying 104m Flat edge concrete edgings to pedestrian walkways.

Laying 660m2 of road construction macadam

Laying 612m2 of carpark macadam

Laying 480m2 of plane off and overlay carpark/footpath macadam
Project Design Development
ECS Group through its MD Martin Reynolds developed the design in a two month period while piling works and demolition of existing structures was taking place on site.
This involved agreeing finished levels with the client, dealing with building control to finalise the drainage scheme while accommodating the client’s requirements for extensive toilets, changing facilities, kitchens and bar facilities
Project Delivery
ECS Group delivered the project seamlessly through experienced forward planning, competent works force and robust supply chain allowing tasks to be executed relatively uninterrupted on site, achieving early handovers to follow on fit out trades, while delivering external area on time to the client
