•    Strip concrete foundations 
•    Rc Slabs to new building
•    New storm and foul drainage system 
•    Storm water Attenuation Tank 
•    Foul Pumping Station
•    Block Paving
•    External Works ( Kerbing , Slabbing & Top Soil)
