PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The construction of the new Swimming pool block including RC Single story frame

Works ECS undertook involved:

• Demolition / Site clearance of existing parking surface and hard standing areas

• Reduced level Dig For new foundations and new car park

• Strip RC concrete foundations

• Rc Slabs to new building

• Cetco Water proofing Products

• New storm and foul drainage system

• Storm water Attenuation Tank

• Foul Pumping Station

• Block Paving

• External Works ( Kerbing , Slabbing, S.U.D’s System, Top Soil)

 

Project Design

Ecs were involved in the early stages of the design with project to help achieve a build the Rc structure in a way that will allow Frame and the Swimming pool to be erected concurrently.  ECS had input for the use of Kwicker Strip & Waterproof concrete as well as the sequence of erection.

 

Project Delivery

ECS  delivered the project seamlessly through experienced forward planning, competent works force and robust supply chain allowing tasks to be executed smoothly on site
